The hotel was conveniently located near many shops and restaurants which made it easy to find things to do and places to eat. the staff were friendly and helpful and it was easy to check in and out of the hotel. the room was clean and had all the basic amenities that were needed.
the room was quite small and cramped which made it difficult to move around.

We had a great stay in this hotel. Best aspects include the clean and well-maintained facilities, helpful staff, convenient location in the Musheireb area, and easy access to transportation. The breakfast was also a great value for the price.

The hotel was well arranged with comfortable beds and everything I needed in the room. The staff, especially Mr. Zivan, was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff, Zara and Surender, went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, even upgrading my room and providing complimentary breakfast.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Hotel staff are courteous
The smell of food, low water pressure on the 9th floor, internet connection is good but needs a lot of time to set-up. The food is below average. but after all you get what you pay for

I was impressed with the convenient location in the Musheireb area, with plenty of easy access to public transport and local amenities. the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with free Wi-Fi available for my convenience. the service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff always on hand to assist me. the breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a decent range of delicious dishes on offer. the hotel facilities provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a lovely view of the city skyline.

Generally the staff was friendly even though a bit slow. The breakfast was acceptable as I don't take much for breakfast.
The wallpapers came off on several points. The carpet quite worn out and the telephone line was short so it did not r5each the night stand.

Very friendly staff, given the pricing I had pretty low expectations which were all exceeded. Basic but clean rooms, free wifi in the room, reasonable, if basic, breakfast and CNN/BBC world on In-room TV.
The surrounding area is pretty ordinary with a building site next door.
